Hours: 37.5 per week | Mon–Thu 7:30am–4pm, Fri 7:30am–1pm
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 DOE + excellent benefits

Are you a hands-on, multi-skilled technician with a passion for building, problem-solving, and innovation? We Seal is looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our growing machinery team, playing a key role in the design, assembly, testing, and development of our cutting-edge equipment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assembling bespoke machinery to specification

• Building sub-assemblies and full machine builds

• Wiring machines and assembling electrical panels

• Installing PLC & HMI software

• Fitting and testing pneumatic components

• Setting up, testing, upgrading, and refurbishing machines

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

• Working closely with colleagues to improve systems and processes

• Maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and housekeeping

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

• Mechanical or electrical background with hands-on experience

• A proactive, can-do attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills

• A continuous improvement mindset

• Reliable, organised, and professional approach

Desirable:

• Formal training in both mechanical and electrical disciplines

• Experience working safely with workshop tools and equipment

• Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards

• Adaptable and self-motivated

• Methodical and organised

• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
